Fraud Detection Mini Banner Part 2

The world is changing and we are stepping up our processes to help protect your money. Our Fraud Detection Message Center now randomly assigns callback numbers from a controlled pool of numbers to reduce the risk of spoofing phone numbers. This step will greatly strengthen security.

As a result of this change, we will no longer be able to provide the phone number associated with our Fraud Detection Message Center. Please be careful when answering calls about fraudulent charges. We will never ask you to provide any additional information such as your account number or your social security number. A legitimate call from any Fraud Detection Message Center will only want to know if you recognize the charge and approve of the transaction. Never give out more information when answering a call about a suspect fraudulent charge.

Additionally, you may receive a text message or an email to the mobile number or email address we have on file for your account to verify if a suspect transaction is legitimate. If your phone number or email address has changed, please be sure to provide us with updated information so that we can continue to protect your account.

We strive to protect you from fraud – let’s work together!
