During this time of year, you can be certain that temperatures drop, leaves fall, days get shorter, and The First National Bank in Trinidad is busy making final preparations for its 37th annual open house and calendar distribution.  The 2023 calendar will be available on a first come, first served basis at the open house set for Friday, December 2nd from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the main bank in Trinidad and at the Loan Production Office in Raton.

Although there will be no open house held at the Huerfano County Branch Bank in Walsenburg, residents are encouraged to stop by to pick up your calendar, which will be available starting December 2nd at all branch locations in Trinidad, Walsenburg and Raton.  The 2023 calendar is distributed as a free gift to the community while supplies last.

The 2023 calendar features the classic artwork of Norman Rockwell as published by The Saturday Evening Post.  Each month tells a brief story about the people depicted by the artist, and in many cases provides a history on the models used for the piece.

The First National Bank in Trinidad cordially invites all area residents and guests to attend the open house in Trinidad and Raton. “The annual event, which has become a wonderful tradition for area residents,” remarks event coordinator, Chris Egland.  “Although the calendar does not feature a topic of local history, we hope people will still come for a calendar and a plate of homemade holiday cookies.”  The event is planned for Friday, December 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 100 E. Main Street in Trinidad and 1247 S. Second Street in Raton.  Come join the celebration!
