Photographs are a moment in time, a memory captured forever. Jennifer has an extraordinary ability to capture the most fleeting of moments, a look, an expression, a feeling. "I often look at old family photos, and wonder what that young face of my great-great-grandmother was thinking when she was my age and the entire world was before her." Capturing these special moments and memories is what Jennifer loves to offer her clients. "I offer collections for every special time in life. From a baby's first breath, an amazing moment to capture in my birth photography, to the wide-eyed excitement of a graduating senior, or a lifetime of love shared between a couple celebrating 50 years of marriage. I am honored to be a part of these memories that make up life." As an on-location photographer, several different options are available to clients. Jennifer knows newborns are most comfortable being photographed at home, seniors may want something more varied. Likewise, young engaged couples may prefer something more funky or edgy, such as photographs taken in our historic downtown alleyways. Recently, Chasing Fireflies Photography renovated a small studio space for occasions when something more simple or traditional is desired or for when the weather turns too cold or wet for outdoor shooting.
