Massage therapy is familiar to most people and can improve overall relaxation as well as relief to stiff and sore muscles. Shannon Tucker, Maggie MacIndoe and Myra Trujillo provide integrated therapeutic massage sessions to meet the needs of each individual client. Annie M. Arnold offers Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions and self-help classes for anyone wishing to harmonize the life energy in the body, reducing stress and tension from everyday life. Kristin Naeyaert uses Sound Therapy techniques to restore balance to the human energy field. Counseling services are provided by Mary K. Cooper, Ph.D., a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has treated the effects of trauma for over 30 years and utilizes a new generation of psycho-biological techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy). These are safe, effective methods for resolving trauma and other problems for individuals, couples, families and groups. Skin care services are provided by Licensed Esthetician, Lana Thomas-Wachterman. Holistic, nourishing products are used during relaxing European Facials and spa body treatments. Glowing, healthy, revitalized skin is the result for people of all ages.
As Dream Mountain Healing Arts grows, we are connecting with other skilled therapists and practitioners in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico. We encourage others to become part of this growing referral network. First time clients can call for a free consultation to get started. Ask about monthly specials and introductory rates. This is a great time of year to slow down and practice good health and wellness for you and your family.
